The International Journal of e-Learning and Higher Education (IJELHE)- (ISSN:  2229-8223) is the flagship journal of the Institute of Continuing Education and Professional Studies (iCEPS), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). The IJEHLE is bi-annually published (January and June) by the iLEARN CENTRE, UiTM. Our journal aims to bridge the gap between e-Learning and higher education, providing a platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to share their expertise and contribute to advancing this rapidly evolving domain. It is an open-access journal and the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which allows users to share, adapt, and redistribute responsibly by giving due credit to the original authors.

Articles related to school education that have implications for higher education are also welcomed. The journal has a policy of double-blind review. Authors must submit an Ouriginal or any plagiarism checker report (the first page suffices) which shows a similarity index of 20% or less to be accepted for publication.
