All International Journal of e-Learning and Higher Education (IJELHE) manuscripts should be written in ENGLISH. The manuscript should be formatted for A4 size paper, single spacing, using font size 11 in Times New Roman. The length of the manuscript should be submitted should be between 8-12 pages, including tables, figures and references. All IJELHE manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word version 2016 and higher. 

Manuscripts submitted to the journal will be initially screened by the editors for appropriateness and only those manuscripts considered appropriate will follow a double blind reviewing process by experts in the respective disciplines.
